Per Part II.G.7. of Florence Copper’s Underground Injection Control (UIC) Permit No. R9UIC-AZ3-FY19-1 issued by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), Florence Copper shall post on this Website copies of all quarterly reports, and the Groundwater Flow Model Reports, that are submitted to EPA by the project, including appendices and exhibits within 30 days of submission to EPA. If Florence Copper provides additional technical information supplementing, clarifying, or modifying a report to EPA, electronic copies of such technical information will be available on this website within 30 days of submitting it to EPA.
