Curis Closes CAD $7 Million Private Placement Financing

Curis Resources Ltd. (“Curis” or the “Company”) (TSX: CUV) announces that it has completed the previously announced CAD $7 million non-brokered private placement of 11,666,667 common shares in the capital of Curis at a price of CAD $0.60 per share. The common shares are subject to a four month hold period. The private placement is subject to the final approval of the Toronto Stock Exchange.
