Mining Day at the Capitol 2017

On March 15, 2017 our team participated in Mining Day at the Capitol. This event is hosted each year by the Arizona Mining Association to showcase the companies and suppliers who positively impact the state’s economy.
Arizona Mining Association President, Kelly Shaw Norton, said,
“Mining Day is a great opportunity for our elected leadership and the public to
learn more about where and how materials are mined in Arizona, the economic
impact, and their importance in our everyday life.”
Though Florence Copper is not a mine in the traditional sense, we are proud to be part of an $5 billion Arizona industry.
